Myrtle Beach Vacation - Ripley's Aquarium - Part 3

Instead of spending everyday at the beach, which I could have done, Jay needed a break so we spent a day at the Ripley's Aquarium.  It wasn't a huge aquarium, but it was very nice.  We got there as soon as they opened to beat the crowds and not be rushed through the exhibits.  Arabella and Max loved it.  They had so much fun checking out all the different fish, sharks and habitats.  We even were able to watch a mermaid show...Arabella was in a trance.

 We learned about Horseshoe Crabs.  I remember finding them on the beach in Connecticut growing up.  Such amazing creatures.

 Arabella was thrilled to meet real mermaids!  I love that she believes in them...I do too!
